Open a live conversation in the mobile app and allow the camera and microphone when you’re ready. Explain what you’re trying to decide, then show the outfit. You can keep it quick or take a little time to compare your options.
The other jacket? Show it.
Try another layer, turn to show the side, or hold up the shoes you’re considering. A live conversation gives you room to ask follow-up questions as the outfit changes. Tell your stylist when something feels uncomfortable or doesn’t fit your taste.
Ask for a photo by voice.
You can ask your stylist to take a photo during the session instead of breaking the conversation to type. It is a useful way to pause on a look you want to discuss. Check what is saved in the app and use the available controls to manage your photos and conversations.
You choose when to share.
Live styling uses your camera and microphone during the session, and the app processes that information to respond. Start and end the call when you want. Live use is subject to your plan’s allowance; review the privacy information and subscription details in the app before you begin.
